Camp Wayne for Boys and Girls hosts several get-togethers each year. A co-ed reunion for returning campers is traditionally held in early December at a venue accessible to all of our camp in the Northeast. In addition to reuniting with camp friends and staff, we will premier our summer yearbook video. A special reunion is also planned in South Florida for those campers coming from the Sunshine State.
Soon after the new year, CITs from Camp Wayne for Boys and Girls head up to camp for the annual winter retreat. The kids love seeing camp under a blanket of snow.
Our get-together in the spring is for first-time campers. This is a great opportunity for our new campers and their parents to meet the Directors and other staff members. It also gives new campers a chance to meet other boys in their age group. These connections are important for those campers preparing for their first summer at sleepaway camp.
