Camp Get-Togethers
Camp Wayne for Boys and Girls hold two get-togethers each year. Our first is a reunion for returning campers only and is traditionally held on the first Saturday in December at Space Odyssey in Englewood, NJ. In addition to reuniting with camp friends and staff, campers receive our DVD yearbook from the preceding summer.
The second get-together is usually held in May at Chelsea Piers Lanes in New York City. The spring event is for new campers only. It is a great opportunity for our new campers and their parents to meet the directors and other staff members. More importantly, it gives new campers a chance to meet other boys in their age group. For campers who are anxious about their first summer, seeing a familiar face on day one provides a big boost.
